The price doesn´t include fee for Central Securities Depository of the Slovak Republic.

• notary fees
• fee for registration the change about limited company in the Commercial Register

The price doesn´t include fee for issued licences by the trade Licensing Office in case complementing the subject company.

Our company provides virtual office also. The price is from 30,- EUR per month and includes receiving mail, storage and sending notification through the email or sms. We offers virtual office on address Mostna 72 in Nitra and Andrusovova 9, SNP Square 13  and Seberiniho 9 in Bratislava.
